ROSSA O'DONNELL
Over 30 years I have led and I have been led. In sport. In the military. In business. Those who showed me the way are still on my shoulder today. Humility, Empathy, Purpose and Honesty are traits that take time to develop. When they collide the results can be powerful. In a military special forces environment, I have seen these traits enhance a team’s capacity to operate, achieve and self evaluate to the highest standard in the harshest environments. There is a demand in various high performance environments to seek an understanding of these principles so that teams, individuals and organisations can be better.
